Udit is an enthusiastic economist with a profound passion for exploring the forces that shape economies and societies. Driven by a deep curiosity, he seeks to understand how economic systems influence human behavior and societal outcomes.

He achieved first rank in his Master of Philosophy in Economics from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India, and has been awarded eight gold medals for securing the highest marks in his Master’s in Economics from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, India.

Currently, Udit serves as an Academic Associate in the Economics area at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He has previously worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur, India, and contributed as a Research Assistant at Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology.

Udit has successfully qualified for several prestigious Indian national and state-level examinations in economics, including the UGC-NET (University Grants Commission–National Eligibility Test), GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering), and MH-SET (Maharashtra State Eligibility Test).

In addition to his academic pursuits, Udit is a reviewer for esteemed journals such as the International Journal of System Assurance Engineering and Management (Springer) and the Asian Journal of Food Research and Nutrition. He has also co-authored numerous research papers, book chapters, and articles in well-regarded international and national journals, including publications under ABDC and Taylor & Francis.
