Samuel holds a master’s degree in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a post graduate law degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and an undergraduate degree in Economics with Geography and Resource Development.

He has years of professional experience in the consulting sector focusing on market entry, trade and investment opportunities for international companies in Africa: provision of market intelligence and general research insights, identification of local partners and potential customers, trade mission organization, support in setting up local structures.

He has conducted sector and market research in 16 African countries. His area of interest is development economics, FDI, trade and investment in emerging economies.
